45CLFW Transit Buses Recalled by NABI Over Potential Steering Loss
45CLFW transit buses of the 2003 and 2011 model years have been recalled by North American Bus Industries. 331 vehicles fall within the purview of the recall, which was initiated due to the discovery that a joint in the steering gear could have a loose connection. Splines can thus wear and cause the driver to lose steering control, posing an obvious crash risk. Owners can receive an inspection and repairs from NABI.
