800 Club Car Transport Vehicles Recalled Over Fuel Leak Threat
Five different models of transport vehicles are being recalled by the Augusta, Georgia-based Club Car LLC because of the potential for separation of the fuel hose from the fuel tank. This creates a fire risk. The recall concerns the XRT 850 Gas JZ, the XRT 800 Gas XJ, the Villager 4 Gas, the Carryall 232 Gas, and the DS Gas Golf Car. 800 units in total are affected. Club Car has stated their intention to contact vehicle owners and provide free inspections and repairs as necessary.
