ABS Among All Motorcycles Could Promote Overall Highway Safety
Antilock brake systems have largely only come standard on high-end motorcycles, which is a shame given the benefit to safety that they provide. One report suggests that riders are 37% more likely to avoid a fatal crash if their vehicles have the system. The Honda CBR 250-R is the first entry-level motorcycle to come equipped with the system, and Consumer Reports has recommended the bike to people just getting started riding.
