App Sends Auto-Replies When User is Driving a Vehicle
A new article describes how a man from Boca Raton, Florida created a smartphone app that aims to keep drivers safe by automatically responding to text messages they receive while driving. The Free Safe Text app can be set so that it automatically detects driving. It can also be manually turned on. When the app is engaged, the phone will remain silent so as not to distract the driver. The app has a list of auto-replies sent to persons trying to get ahold of the user.
