Author Wonders if AT & T Cellphone Blocking Tech Invades Privacy

AT & T is making technology available that would allow parents to both track their child’s cellphone habits and block certain functions at certain times.  It ostensibly will be used to let parents curtail texting and other communications while their teenager is out driving, but a new report questions whether this is an invasion of privacy.  The author believes that overprotective parents will be thrilled with the prospect of receiving alerts about speeding and other things.
