Beef Recalled by Dale T. Smith and Sons Over E. Coli Fears

Over 38,000 pounds of boneless beef have been recalled by the Draper, Utah-based Dale T. Smith and Sons Meat Packing.  The meat, which was made available to retailers in California and Salt Lake City, was recalled because of the potential for an E. coli contamination.  The safety issue is likely due to a problem with refrigerators used to hold the meat.  No one has reported getting sick at this time.
