Car Seat Check Recently Held in Addison, Illinois
The Addison Police Department recently held an event to make sure car seats in the Illinois locale were safe. Technicians were on hand to verify that units were being used properly by parents. On September 22, 31 out of 33 car seats were found to be safe. There were an estimated 660,000 children under the age of 12 who were hurt from 2006 through 2010 due to a traffic collision.
