“Celebrate My Drive” Comes to Shady Spring High in West Virginia
Texting behind the wheel is widely estimated to be the leading reason for fatalities among the younger generation. To do their part to end this epidemic, Shady Spring High School students in West Virginia have pledged to avoid texting and driving. “Celebrate my Drive” is a campaign from State Farm designed to stop the practice, and Shady Spring was the recipient of a $2,000 grant that enabled the school to support the safety initiative. At the presentation event, there was also a poster contest supporting the same efforts.
