Chico Earns Bicycle Friendly Community Silver Status
Chico has been known as a Bicycle Friendly Community for awhile now thanks to the distinction provided to the city by the League of American Bicyclists. The city now has even more reason to be happy, as the organization has gone even further, changing the city’s bronze status to a silver status. Improvements to infrastructure, education, law enforcement, and bike usage encouragement helped put the city over the top.
