Choking Threat Prompts Kraft to Recall Jalapeno String Cheese
Kraft Foods has announced the recall of select packages of string cheese due to a choking hazard posed by the plastic film on the items. The string cheese is of the jalapeno variety, and it comes in a 12 ounce bag containing a dozen one ounce servings of the item. The bags have a Best When Used By date of November 23 of this year and a UPC code of 2100002977. No other Kraft cheese products have been recalled. Purchasers of this item are urged to return the product to the place where it was bought. A refund or exchange will be issued.
