CPSC Urges Parents to Be Vigilant When Their Kids Are Near Water

The drowning of children between the ages of one and four is the leading cause of unintended deaths in the country among that demographic. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has released a new report detailing the disheartening statistics and warning parents that leaving a bathing child unsupervised is dangerous. The organization is emphasizing the fact that even a few inches of water can prove to be fatal under the right circumstances.  The CPSC wants all parents to take the necessary safety precautions.
