Divisive New Research Calls Into Question Usefulness of Organic Food
Stanford University researchers have come out with a startling report that suggests organic food is no more nutritious than non-organic items. However, Consumer Reports has noted their opposition to this finding, saying that the study had many deficiencies. For one thing, the research failed to look at the cumulative effect of years of consumption of items that have been exposed to substances like pesticides. Plus, some analysis actually determined a positive nutritional impact, suggesting that the findings are not all-inclusive.
