E. Coli Threat Prompts Tanimura & Antle to Recall Romaine Lettuce
Tanimura & Antle has announced the recall of Wrapped Single Head Romaine Lettuce. One lot of this lettuce may be contaminated with E. coli. The lettuce was available for sale in Canada and the United States. 2,095 cases are possibly affected by the contamination. To obtain a coupon for a replacement item, purchasers are advised to get in contact with the company. No one has reported getting sick at this time.
