Faulty Alarm System Prompts Recall of 542 Xpeditor Vehicles

Xpeditor heavy-duty class eight vehicles of the 2010 through 2013 model years are being recalled by Autocar Industries.  On 542 of these vehicles, the alarm which tells pedestrians and others in the vicinity that the vehicle is backing up may have been installed incorrectly.  Therefore, people would not be warned that the large vehicle is going in reverse.  The recall is set for November 9, at which point owners will be contacted and told how to get free repairs from a dealer.
