Idaho Texting While Driving Ban Sees Early Results
A senator from Idaho who was instrumental in getting a ban on texting while driving passed in the legislature is touting the success of that ban, which was enacted at the beginning of July. 130 citations have been issued thus far, and of those, 86 of the offenders have been found guilty. With court fees, these violations cost the offender $85.
