Ipsos Reid Survey Shows British Columbia Drivers Keep Using Phones

In a survey by Ipsos Reid, 44% of drivers say that driving could be considered complex, but yet 40% of respondents also admit to using a cellphone while driving. The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia is launching a public awareness campaign about the dangers of distracted driving. There will be increased police enforcement on the roads in September.
