Lead Paint Violation Leads Dillon to Recall Toy Pirate Pistols
A recall has been put out by Dillon Importing on the Captain Cutlass Pirate Pistol Toy. The item is a toy gun that does not meet the lead paint standard and is thus in violation of federal regulations. Affected versions of the toy were sold between April 2008 and this past May. The toy should be removed from the reach of children as soon as possible, and parents and guardians can get in touch with Dillon to obtain a refund.
