Marlborough Receives Grant to Improve Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety
Numerous pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements will be made to Marlborough, Massachusetts thanks to a grant bestowed upon the police department by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The $5,000 grant will be used to establish enforcement campaigns that crack down on pedestrians and people on bikes who break the law. It will also enable them to use crosswalk reflectors and breakaway signs to further promote safety in the area.
