Newmar Recalls 70 Grand Star Class A Motor Homes for Crash Risk
Newmar has recalled 70 of its motor homes due to a problem with the brakes. Grand Star Class A motor homes of the model years 2008 and 2009 built between January 25, 2007 and May 22, 2009 with a Freightliner Custom Chassis are subject to the recall. A problem with brake drag and overheating could cause reduced performance, thus potentially leading to a crash. The company plans to notify owners and fix the problem for free.
