Nine XC60 and S60 Vehicles Recalled by Volvo Over Crash Threat
Nine XC60 and S60 vehicles of the 2013 model year are being recalled by Volvo. At issue is the fact that the inflatable curtain or the seat belt pretensioner could suddenly deploy without warning. Should this occur, the vehicle’s operator is in danger of being distracted and having his or her view of the road compromised. Thankfully, the affected units have yet to be sold and thus replacement components can be installed before the vehicles head out on the road.
