Peanut and Almond Butter Products Recalled By Sunland
Sunland is recalling peanut and almond butter products. Any items with almond butter and peanut butter produced by the company from May 1 through September 24 are subject to the recall. The reason for the recall is a Salmonella outbreak. Salmonella is a bacteria often associated with foodborne illnesses. It causes diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Consumers are advised to refrain from consuming the item and to instead get rid of the products or bring them back to the store.
