Pennsylvania Will Soon Consider Cellphone Driving Ban
Residents of Pennsylvania may soon have to cope with a new law banning the use of mobile devices while driving. The lawmaker introducing the bill hopes that this law will help police crack down on distracted drivers, especially those who claim that they were dialing a number and not texting. The fine for being caught would be $50, with a $100 fine imposed if the driver is caught using a device in a school zone or other high-risk areas like construction zones.
