Prince Edward Island Doctors Want Laws Geared Toward Pool Safety
In Woodstock, Ontario, the Medical Society of Prince Edward Island recently met to discuss what could be done to improve the safety of children who live in residences with backyard pools. They have decided to put forth a resolution calling upon legislators to enact laws that would counteract potential future tragedies. One doctor said that laws about pools simply aren’t available in the area, and she hopes that will change soon. Bike safety was also discussed.
