Ricotta Salata Frescolina Cheese Recalled Due to Listeria Risk
Forever Cheese announced that it would be recalling lot T9425 of Ricotta Salata Frescolina brand cheese. The recall came about after it was discovered that the product may have come in contact with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can cause severe illness to people. Those who believe they have the contaminated product in their possession are asked to bring it back to either the store or the distributor to obtain a complete refund.
