Santa Fe Vehicles Recalled by Hyundai Due to Passenger Injury Threat

Hyundai Santa Fe automobiles of the 2007 through 2009 model years are being recalled due to an improperly calibrated occupant classification system which could fail to detect adults with a small stature in the front passenger seat.  The system could thus fail to trigger the airbag during a crash. Affected models were produced between April 19, 2006 and July 7, 2008. Owners can get in touch with Hyundai for more information. Dealers will perform repairs free of charge.
