SJC Recalls 82 McCoy-Miller and Marque Ambulances for Injury Risk

There is a recall being issued by ambulance manufacturer SJC Industries on 82 McCoy-Miller and Marque ambulances produced between November 2011 and August 2012.  The affected vehicles have mounting bolts that might have been torqued incorrectly. The compartment box on the ambulance can thus detach from the chassis, resulting in an injury risk should a crash situation take place.  Owners will be contacted by SJC, at which point they’ll be able to bring the ambulances in for free repairs.
