Ultra PC% Cabinet Mount Flowmeters Recalled by Accutron
A piece of medical equipment has been recalled by the manufacturer, Accutron. The company has issued the recall in regards to 206 units of the Ultra PC% Cabinet Mount Flowmeter. This device can unintentionally continue to deliver a flow of Nitrous Oxide gas even when the Oxygen supply is not turned on. This has the potential to cause brain damage and other ailments to patients.
