Wheel Separation Risk Prompts Vermeer to Recall Brush Chipper Trailers
Vermeer has announced the recall of 40 BC1200XL brush chipper trailers of the 2012 model year. These trailers have been recalled because the wheels can separate from the brush chipper due to a possible failure to properly torque a set of lug nuts. There is thus a chance that someone can get hurt or something can get damaged should separation occur. Starting Tuesday, owners can expect a notification. Free repairs will be given by dealers.
