“You Are That Distracting” Campaign Targets Rochester Drivers

Rochester, New York has a higher percentage of drivers that drive while texting or talking on a cellphone than the national average, according to an Ad Council survey. In an effort to combat the problem, a campaign called “You Are That Distracting” is underway. As part of the campaign, all callers are instructed to always ask the person they called if they are driving. If they are, then the caller should hang up and call later.
